Lmited Warranty and Other Policies

Yes, any repairs or services performed by jewelers other than Miraki Jewels will void the limited warranty.

If our repair experts determine the damage is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

If the damage is not covered under the limited warranty, we will provide you with a repair quote for your approval. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. For details on customs policies, you may contact your local customs office.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] or call +1 (585) 566-6666. U.S. customers will receive a free return label. International customers must pay a $100 fee before shipping their items to us for evaluation.

At Miraki Jewels, we offer a free limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Miraki Jewels pieces. This covers any manufacturing-related damage.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the damage is covered under our limited warranty, the $100 fee will be refunded to you in the original form of payment.

Exclusions and Wear & Tear

  1. Discoloration of metals due to chemicals, makeup, or exposure to pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  2. Wear and tear on prongs or precious metals over time.
  3. Prongs catching, bending, or wearing out, leading to stone loss.
  4. Loss of stones due to everyday wear or damage.

Our limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, theft, or damage caused by neglecting necessary repairs to maintain the jewelry’s integrity.

We recommend purchasing an extended service plan for additional coverage and maintaining independent insurance for significant damage, loss, or theft of your jewelry.

Return & Exchange Policy

- Items returned outside the 7-day window.  

- Items showing signs of wear, including scratches.

The return policy begins when your purchase is ready for shipment or pickup.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in pristine, unworn condition, along with any accompanying documentation, certifications, promotional materials, or gifts.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Packages without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted. Return authorizations are valid for 7 days, and items must be shipped within that period.

International refunds are issued in US Dollars based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Miraki Jewels is not responsible for currency fluctuations or fees from financial institutions.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it’s in unworn condition and that all promotional gifts, documents, and certifications are included. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Miraki Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
