Warranty

At Miraki Jewels, we offer a free limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Miraki Jewels pieces. This covers any manufacturing-related damage.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] or call +1 (585) 566-6666. U.S. customers will receive a free return label. International customers must pay a $100 fee before shipping their items to us for evaluation.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the damage is covered under our limited warranty, the $100 fee will be refunded to you in the original form of payment.

If the damage is not covered under the limited warranty, we will provide you with a repair quote for your approval. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. For details on customs policies, you may contact your local customs office.

If our repair experts determine the damage is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Extend Protection Plan

Extend Protection Plans are provided by Jewelers Mutual Group in collaboration with Miraki Jewels. Please visit https://www.jewelersmutual.com/ for more information. 

The Extend Protection Plan offers enhanced coverage beyond our standard limited warranty, including protection against accidental damage.

The plan covers services such as repairs, free ring sizing, rhodium plating, and polishing.

Coverage options vary from 2 years to a lifetime, depending on the plan you’ve selected.

Return & Exchange Policy

- Items returned outside the 7-day window.  

- Items showing signs of wear, including scratches.  

- Items that have been exchanged previously.  

- Custom-designed jewelry.  

- Orders altered during processing.

The return policy begins when your purchase is ready for shipment or pickup.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in pristine, unworn condition, along with any accompanying documentation, certifications, promotional materials, or gifts.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Most returns and exchanges can be processed through our online portal, and a customer service representative will assist you.

Refunds

Packages without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted. Return authorizations are valid for 7 days, and items must be shipped within that period.

International refunds are issued in US Dollars based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Miraki Jewels is not responsible for currency fluctuations or fees from financial institutions.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it’s in unworn condition and that all promotional gifts, documents, and certifications are included. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

The refund time may vary depending on your credit card company’s processing time.

Gift Card Policy

After completing your purchase, you will receive your digital gift card reference code via email.
